“ESDGoals” Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company) aims to provide a safe and secure workplace for our employees, customers, contractors’ employees, and the community. As we conduct our operations, we adhere to all legislative requirements of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as legal-normative documents and the international standard for occupational health and safety management (ISO 45001:2018).

The Company ensures a safe and healthy work environment and complies with procedures for occupational health and safety, including educating and training employees in these procedures, and ensuring all colleagues obtain the necessary responsibilities and authority for occupational health and safety.

It’s understood that hazards can arise from physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial risks. The leadership and all employees must systematically identify hazards and manage risk control processes. They must also conduct inspections, tests, and audits to verify occupational health and safety.

Occupational health and safety is both a personal and collective responsibility in the workplace. Every employee must prioritize not only their own health but also the well-being of their fellow workers in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures. It is imperative that employees take the issue of occupational health and safety seriously in their workplaces.

Employees should support occupational health and safety measures either through designated responsible persons, information exchange, or direct participation in these processes. To achieve continuous improvement, the Company’s Leadership ensures the annual review of policies for analysis. Plans and objectives for enhancing operations are determined and reassessed as part of the review cycle.

Leadership is responsible for managing, developing, and monitoring the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of AZS ISO 45001:2020 to ensure compliance.

This Policy has been communicated to all employees, is documented, and accessible to everyone. Annual discussions will be held for greater achievements and successes each year.
