Born on July 3, 1995, in Saatly District.
From 2012 to 2016, entered and graduated from the "Ecology" faculty of Baku State University.
From 2016 to 2017, entered and graduated from the "Occupational Safety" faculty of Marmara University in Turkey.
In 2020, obtained a diploma in "Human Resources Management" from the Institute of Certified Financial Managers in the United Kingdom.
From 2018 to 2019, worked as an "Occupational Safety and Ecology Specialist" in private companies.
From 2019 to 2020, served as the chief advisor in the "Expertise on the Regulation of the Use of Natural Resources" sector of the State Expertise Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
From 2019 to 2021, worked as the deputy head of the "Laboratory of Metrology and Standardization of Oil and Oil Products No. 14" at the Institute of Petrochemical Processes of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (ANAS).
In 2020, served as the head of the "Organization and Registry of Use of Natural Resources" department of the State Agency for the Use of Natural Resources of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
In 2020, taught the course "Environmental Expertise" as an guest lecturer at the Department of Ecological Chemistry of Baku State University.
From 2020 to 2021, served as the head of the "Organization and Motivation of Labor" department at the "Azersu" OJSC.
From 2021 to 2023, worked as the deputy head of the "Occupational Safety and Health" department at the "Azersu" OJSC.
From 2023 to 2024, served as the head of the "Ecology" department at the "Azersu" OJSC.
From 2023 to 2024, worked as a greenhouse gas expert in the Waste sector for the preparation of the 3rd Biennial Update Report of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
Since 2024, has been the selected expert for Azerbaijan under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
Since 2021, has been working as the head specialist in the "Laboratory of Metrology and Standardization of Oil and Oil Products No. 14" at the Institute of Petrochemical Processes under the Ministry of Science and Education.
Since 2024, has been the Founder and Director of "ESDGoals" LLC.
